Rooftop Brewing was a relaxing stop to grab a beer on a Friday with several tasty options. There is parking, but it's definitely limited, and a food truck is onsite. Cool spot!
Craig and the rest of the Rooftop Brewing crew run a warm and welcoming experience. While most of the seating is outside it is still cozy with a very easy going atmosphere. A few TVs to catch the game but not too distracting like a bar only focused on sports. Just the right balance.There are heaters to keep you at a good temperature even when mother nature decides to challenge you.Bonus is a food truck only feet away to keep you nourished as you sip your tasty brew.
Went to cedarbrook last night for a dinner/beer mix. I am not a great judge of beer since I don't drink it that much but the 666 pilsner was great. For those who like something sweeter or even close to a Guinness type quality, they had those too. They were a great bunch of people and I loved hearing their stories. I will definitely be visiting their location if it's anywhere as fun as they were.
