We've been grabbing fish from Loki since they arrived at the Procter Street Market in Tacoma. Not only the fish but the dog treats as well. This is some of the best fresh salmon we've bought and always grills very well. A little bit of olive oil, some salt, and some pepper over high heat and you're golden.
