Rupee is always a superb experience. We come here at least twice a month, and love it each time! Wonderful food. Terrific service. Great atmosphere and design, and yummy cocktails. The fresh naan and dal plus mint chutney are amazing, the fish is excellent, the shank (pork and lamb) is outstanding, so are the salads and veggie dishes. Highly recommended ♥️
Most of the food is very good but I did get an upset stomach after, as an IBS person. Your mileage may vary depending on your tolerance.
Fried chicken: Absolutely fantastic and the sauce that went with it was phenomenal. If you get anything here, get this.

This place really is special. We had numerous vegetable dishes, fried chicken, black cod and four drinks. Everything had complex and exciting flavors. Everything was good but some things were better. Standout drinks were the gimlet and the Indian tonic with sherry. All of the vegetable dishes and the chicken were great. Next time I might skip the black cod, it is a small portion with mild flavors that did not quite compete with the other dishes. Our server was fantastic as were...
