Went in for my birthday and was very disappointed in the service. Started off by being told they were understaffed and that even though we had made a reservation, we had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes before being seated. Got sat our table and no one came over for at least 15 minutes and then the same communication about being understaffed. The food was pretty good. I had an 8oz filet and it was cooked perfectly! Just an unfortunate experience overall.

If you're lucky enough to have Nelson as your server at Ruth's Chris Steak House, you're in for an exceptional experience. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He knew the menu inside and out, offered thoughtful recommendations without being pushy, and timed every course perfectly.
