The service was great! The server would let us try all different flavors of ice cream, would make jokes and interact with us when we asked questions, the flavors were delicious and our ice cream came out quickly without much wait. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get ice cream but don't want the general chocolate vanilla or strawberry.
As always, really enjoy have a salt and straw in my neighborhood!! Went last Saturday early afternoon and the gentleman assisting us was so helpful. I wish I had gotten his name to shout him out, but thank you for the great service! I always appreciate how they take their time to let us sample and ask questions!
The manager Arun was beyond welcoming and kind. He had such a positive energy! I’m pretty sure my friend and I asked for more samples than any customer in the history of Salt & Straw, and he not only was happy to give them to us, but gave us the full flavor profile and fun facts about each flavor. The ice cream was incredible, but Arun even more so. 100/10 recommend the Queen Anne Salt & Staw!!!
