It was our first time at Salt & Straw! Many places allow tastings before you choose your ice cream, but usually, the staff does get annoyed and treat you like you’re an inconvenience for wanting to taste flavors you’ve never had before. So we were timid coming in. But MADDIE helped us! She was so kind! She was sweet. She didn’t judge us because we looked different than she does or because we wanted to try everything! She was so patient and kind!...
Good and quick service, a wide variety of ice-cream with some unique flavors.
I enjoyed the ice-cream, however it seems as though their cup size for a double scoop is way too small.
It feels weird to complain about too much ice cream, but in this instance it overflowed the cup and melted all over my hands. Was a messy experience to say the least.
Hence why I give it a 3/5.

I love Salt and Straw but this location isn't as efficient as it could be. I come about twice a week at pretty irregular times, so I've gone at various times with different crowd levels. However no matter how many people are in line, there is always only one person scooping. Even when there are 3+ people working, only one person scoops. Right now as I write there, one person is scooping as the other stands the register. I've given up multiple times after waiting...
