Wanted to try something other than Olympia Coffe Roasters and it looked cool. I will say they are serving espresso right with soaking water a spoon to mix your espresso on a little plate. Their drip coffee is a little on the darker side, too dark for me. I tried a vanilla latte as well and it was OK. Their roast is darker than I'm use to even on the drip medium coffee roast that I ordered.

Coffee-wise it was a pretty standard specialty coffee shop. Nothing super crazy, but really simple, excellently done coffee. I ordered an oat milk cappuccino as always and was very pleased.
