AMAZING! Hands down the best sushi I’ve had the pleasure of eating ever! Feel so blessed to find this place! Didn’t have reservations but got lucky with a seat at the sushi bar and what a gift to watch Ken make those rolls! Such joy and precision, and him greeting everyone that walked through the door. Just a wonderful welcoming environment! Definitely recommend and will return to eat the best Sushi when in Seattle as long as Ken’s rolling those rolls!...
There’s levels to good food, and Shiki is just about the highest level you can get in the United States. Incredibly delicious sushi no matter what you order, and inconceivably juicy tonkatsu.
You will be paying slightly more than your average sushi place, but you’re getting an exponentially better experience, taste, and atmosphere.

Atmosphere is like a basement. Not a lot of light, cluttered, everything is sort of shabby. Hated the menus trapped under the glass of the table. Couldn't hear our server very well. Some specials are only listed at the front of the restaurant on a whiteboard. All menu info should be on the menu, at the table, in my opinion. Prices are also a bit high.
