Shiki is our go to restaurant when we have events around the Seattle center area. Best to have reservations as the dining area inside is cozy. Wonderful menu and I love their miso soup as they use a darker miso paste which gives it a richer flavor. Highly recommended!
AMAZING! Hands down the best sushi I’ve had the pleasure of eating ever! Feel so blessed to find this place! Didn’t have reservations but got lucky with a seat at the sushi bar and what a gift to watch Ken make those rolls! Such joy and precision, and him greeting everyone that walked through the door. Just a wonderful welcoming environment! Definitely recommend and will return to eat the best Sushi when in Seattle as long as Ken’s rolling those rolls! <3
There’s levels to good food, and Shiki is just about the highest level you can get in the United States. Incredibly delicious sushi no matter what you order, and inconceivably juicy tonkatsu.
