I am visiting (if you can call it visiting) from out of state, because my sister, who lives here was in a horrible car accident, and was taken to this hospital in emergency. There were several points throughout this week where we thought she was going to take a turn for the worst, but I am happy to report now that she is doing much better, and is on the mend! I was already having a very stressful day and when my drink had an issue (I wasn’t clear on wanting it iced), the staff at this store went above and beyond to remake me a drink and make me feel totally okay with speaking up about it. Megan was particularly very friendly, professional, and seemed genuinely happy to help out. I’ll be back!
Ordered my favorite drink and it was accidentally sent to the Madison location. The barista made my drink, super quick and one of the best iced mochas I've tasted. He definitely made my day better. Wish I'd gotten his name.
