I love this location and I love the people that work there. This review is not for them. This is for Starbucks as a corporation. There is no reason customers should be waiting 25 minutes for a mobile order promised in 10. I have waited even 30 minutes for a simple matcha. This location struggles greatly with getting orders out on time. In person or Mobile, it doesn’t matter. There is no way this is the business model that works best. I would love to keep coming to see...

Jason is an amazing Starbucks Partner, he’s friendly, he’s responsive, he is meticulous in everything he does! It would be nice if the rest of the partners at this location actually cared 1/2 an ounce for customers, unfortunately they don’t! But if you get Jason you’ll be happy!

I love ordering from this Starbucks the workers are always friendly and never have an attitude when I ask questions about certain drinks, they are very fast pace at getting orders done. The building is so clean and cozy.
