I love this location and I love the people that work there. This review is not for them. This is for Starbucks as a corporation. There is no reason customers should be waiting 25 minutes for a mobile order promised in 10. I have waited even 30 minutes for a simple matcha. This location struggles greatly with getting orders out on time. In person or Mobile, it doesn’t matter. There is no way this is the business model that works best.
