Often times "out of coffee" due to equipment problems, not employee performance. If it's one thing that will disappoint customers, it's not being able to get basic Pike roast.
Everyone here is so nice!! I have ordered from this location on uber eats 5 times this week. Every time I get my bag, they've written a kind message for me. It's little things like this that keep bringing my business back. Drinks and food have been perfectly prepared every time. Thank you, Ballard Team!
