The location within Safeway adds a different setting but still provides the regular Starbucks menu. Despite some minor issues with specific drinks, the service and overall experience are satisfactory for those looking for a quick and reliable coffee stop. This location has been pretty up and down, but the customer service definitely makes a big difference. The barista with pink hair was state of the art top shelf!!!
