One of the best SBuxs in the area now. A lot of outside seating, lots of undergrads, in a good mall, cute store, staff is great. This mall is a real haven in an otherwise dilapidated city.
Been going to the Starbucks at U Village and the environment is always so friendly and welcoming. One thing that really stood out to me was Cindy remembering my name - such a small gesture, but it genuinely made my day and made the experience feel personal. Great customer service like that keeps people coming back. Really appreciate the team here!
I love what they have done with this location, the remodel turned out amazing. Sure it sucked when it was closed but it was worth the wait. The crew is always super nice and welcoming, my hats off to them as the shear volume they seem to deal with would kill me. They always seem to do it with a smile. I have always wondered how they keep the lobby clean, I really don’t know how they do it but they flat get it done, there is someone constantly tending to the lobby and bathrooms...
