The recent remodel turned out amazing, leaving the space feeling fresh, clean, and welcoming with comfortable seating and a calm atmosphere perfect for working or studying. The environment is always so friendly and welcoming. The crew is always super nice, dealing with a huge volume of customers with a smile. Great customer service like that keeps people coming back. The staff remembers names, making the experience feel personal. The lobby and bathrooms are constantly tended to, keeping the place clean. The atmosphere is something other companies should try to follow. Customers get the same great coffee and pastries, served quickly and consistently. One order of grande iced lavender oatmilk matcha was unfortunately made wrong and disappointing. This is the second Starbucks store ever, store 302, with seating inside and outside, work space with charging points, and pick-up stations. Parking is available in the university village mall, and there is a bus stop right outside for easy public transport. It is a reliable, comfortable spot with nice vibes.
