I had a terrible experience. I ordered a tall pink drink, no ice, no strawberries and a short soy chai. I used my rewards to purchase the chai. I was charged $1.00 extra (in the form of extra acai shot) for the pink drink and for the soy in my free chai. I asked why I was charged an extra $1 for the pink drink and the barrista said it was because I ordered the drink with no ice and this is Starbucks company policy since I am getting extra drink with the no ice. Were very rudely told "we're closed" in the middle of normal hours by some grumpy and disheveled workers. (Hoodie and a hockey jersey ! So unprofessional! Looked like they were planning on going to a drag race instead of working) Moments after walking away, we saw those same individuals serving another customer. Seems like Cleetus and Dumpy Sue might have a problem with lesbian couples. I guess we just don't get coffee at the grocery store now?

The service is terrible, the attendant was super rude cause I pronounced croissant in a different way, I'm ESL and he understood exactly what I asked for, he just wanted to act rude, he seemed stressed because he was training a new employee, but it's not my fault If your work is bad, I just wanted a coffee without xenophobia.
