I work at the mall and made the mistake of trying to order a 6" Monster sandwich. The absolute invalid who took my order gave me a sandwich with steak, cheese, and nothing else. When I asked her for my "Monster" sandwich that I paid $14 for, she argued with me and claimed that I didn't ask for it when I clearly did. She made me the proper sandwich and then asked me to pay for it again. She needs to lose her job, and I sincerely hope she gets hepatitis.

The most depressing Subway I have ever been in. Thankfully the food was great, quality and tasty. No ambience, surprisingly hot in a building that has central air in every other suite. Seems to be understaffed so expect a long wait time, surprisingly not due to customers ordering complicated subs but to a distinct lack of urgency by the single worker.Great food, I recommend ordering ahead so you can be in and out. Ingredients were fresh and bursting with flavor, so it's quite a trade off compared to other Subway I have been to nearby.

They let our in app order sit unmade on the counter for twenty minutes while we waited outside the door. There were no other customers.

Convenient location and prompt when ordering for delivery, but both times I've tried ordering a plain egg & cheese flatbread from this location they send it with meat (once with bacon and this time with steak). I'm vegetarian, and the meat versions of the egg and cheese flatbread were their own menu options that were distinct and separate. It's like they assume everyone wants meat (nevermind pork)!

They are always closed and always out of Italian bread. I waited in a long line twice only to get to the front to be told there is no more Italian. They could’ve made an announcement. After covid this Subway enemy downhill.

I adore this spot! They prepare first-cleass dishes, their menu is nice, The chief cook in that restaurant is very experienced, I enjoy a lot tasting all their food. The dishes are consistently tasty, the attitude towards the customers is helpful. I often go to this place and I not even once was unhappy. I recommend this place.

I would prefer Subway at Seattle than those in HK. sandwiches and salad are fresh.
