I work at the mall and made the mistake of trying to order a 6" Monster sandwich. The absolute invalid who took my order gave me a sandwich with steak, cheese, and nothing else. When I asked her for my "Monster" sandwich that I paid $14 for, she argued with me and claimed that I didn't ask for it when I clearly did. She made me the proper sandwich and then asked me to pay for it again. She needs to lose her job, and I sincerely hope she gets hepatitis.
The most depressing Subway I have ever been in. Thankfully the food was great, quality and tasty. No ambience, surprisingly hot in a building that has central air in every other suite. Seems to be understaffed so expect a long wait time, surprisingly not due to customers ordering complicated subs but to a distinct lack of urgency by the single worker.Great food, I recommend ordering ahead so you can be in and out. Service wasn’t anything special tbh was just craving subway I bought a sandwich which was fine the cookie was fine drink was fine but my chips were not they were old and stale I checked when they expired it was over a week ago so maybe don’t buy the chips :)
