Well organized and managed. Once you park your vehicle and the ferry is in motion, you can get out and go to the top deck . There you can enjoy nice views and get some food if needed.
It"s really nice since they remodeled the entire ferry terminal. Things are very easy to get to, they're well marked, and most of all CLEAN. Things move much faster and they have security all around. I have seen no problems with drugs, homeless or stupid people. They have restrooms and vending machines in the terminal building. Much better experience now. If they could only get all the normal ferries working it would be 5 stars !

Serious renovation has really made these docks very smooth and efficient for finding your way around and getting to where you need to go. You pay via the ticket booth or you can pay via Orca card depending on the ferry type you are taking. I rode the fast ferry to Bremerton. Ferries were clean and well kept. Bathrooms were available on the ferries. Also plugs for charging devices and wifi.
