Easy to access in Seattle...not so much in Bainbridge. The directions to the dock were contradicting traffic signs. Im sure every day users have it down, but could be better for the traveler.
Very nice except one of the guys giving tickets had a very distasteful demeanor. He was a bit rude but we were determined to not allow him to ruin our visit. Please get more polite people at the ticket windows though. First impressions are everything and I don't like bad energy especially when we were not giving bad energy. Kind paying customers deserve polite service!
Colman Dock was well organized and easy to navigate. Boarding was smooth and on time, and it didn’t take long to get on or off the ferry. It wasn’t too crowded when I visited, and the views from the terminal were beautiful, especially on a clear day. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free experience.
