Excellent hand rolls and a great experience in downtown Seattle, within easy walking distance of the Pike Place Market area.

The restaurant is medium-sized and has a very nice atmosphere. We went early, when it was still relatively quiet, but this is a popular spot and it definitely gets busier later, so I highly recommend making a reservation.

Absolutely a five-star experience from beginning to end. From the moment I walked in, Yana made me feel incredibly welcome with such genuine warmth and hospitality. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and gave wonderful recommendations from the menu.

We got reservations for seating at the chef’s counter and had a very enjoyable experience. The main chef was amazing at making our rolls and even chatted with us throughout and made some recommendations of his favorites. Definitely well worth it.
