What an incredible experience at Sugo for omakase! This was so delicious in every way! The drinks were fantastic and the selection of sushi 🍣 was really unique. I loved how they served the pieces. The chefs were very knowledgeable too. It was very fusion based and tasty! Highly recommend!!
One of my favorite happy hours in Seattle. Solid selection of $4 hand rolls among other things. The king salmon roll is my favorite of all the happy hour rolls with spicy tuna being a very close second!

Tried some of the hand rolls here - king salmon, BBQ (torched?) eel, and the crispy shrimp. My favorite was the eel as the eel was a large piece and it was very flavorful. Personally felt that there were a bit too much sesame seeds on the eel, but that’s just me.
