What a delight! The view is excellent. Got to watch the sunset, and everyone was super nice and friendly. Then there is the food. We started with the clam chowder. I've had complex chowders that are as good. Well, maybe just Doc's on Bainbridge this was a simple chowder, but wow!!! I think I think it was the ingredients making it so amazing. The fish and chips were good too. Halibut- fresh. Prawns -- delicious. Oysters a treat. Salt your fries. Actually, salt all the fried stuff. Simple. Fresh. Tasty. We will be back. Got a chowder to go, it was so good.Parking: We got lucky and found a spot behind.

You could tell there's a lot of love for the two dudes that run this place. In turn they put that love in the food because its always consistently good, especially the clam chowder (chock-full of clams btw). I tried the prawns last night and they were excellent too.Tip: If you're around during the fall/winter months try to make a trip to Sunfish as Alki is pretty vacant during that time.

nice fish and chip place at alki beach. the staff was nice and gave us extra ketchup when we asked. the fish were fried just right and their fries were delicious too. I highly recommend this place.

Hands down the best customer service ever! All of their food is made fresh to order, and their halibut is to die for! The restaurant is super clean (restrooms are spotless, too!) I will absolutely be returning as frequently as I can. Family friendly as well!

Best clam chowder ever. Large, tender pieces of clam in a rich, velvety, perfectly salted chowder. Fried halibut was good too and the variety of vinegars was delightful. The proprietor is friendly and appreciative. All around good visit!

Delicious food, gorgeous scenery, friendly faces...what's not to love? We always make sure to stop by when we come home to visit. Sadly, Seattle has changed so much, but one thing is for sure, Sunfish is still the same as it was growing up...wonderful.

Hands down, the best clam chowder I have ever had...large tender pieces of clam in a thick, rich, perfectly salted chowder. The fried halibut was really good and the choices of vinegar were delightful. The proprietor is kind and appreciative. All around good vibes.
