My first time in and really didn’t have many expectations but was blown away by the friendly staff. Ordered papaya salad w/ tofu. Tofu came fried to perfection in my book. Requested some fish sauce, the server asked if I would prefer fish dressing, big smile on my face :). Ordered a (banh-mi) sandwich w/ tofu, tofu was a little soft for my liking but had great flavor and a overly fair amount of ingredients, two thumbs up 👍. Authentic SEAs cuisine, great flavor, and friendly atmosphere.
Oxtail Pho is flavorful, and the Combination Pho arrives full to the brim.
Must stop on the way through Alki.
Everyone liked their food. My pho was good but not amazing. They really skimped on the basil and i believe a good amount makes the dish. They did not bring out food out at the same time. The location outside during the summer was great. Service was standard.
