Wow I visited this place for my bday to do something unique for my 40th and it was just what a wanted and more. I felt special for my day ! Didnt have to think about the menu because everything was good even the bartenders choice drinks ! The staff was professional and friendly spoke spoken . I think they only seat 8 at a time so it’s pretty intimate and comfortable.
Sushi By Scratch in Seattle is quite an experience with each and every bite more amazing than the next. It's like a Speakeasy for sushi. Reservations are hard to get, and you walk up to unmarked doors and ring the bell.
If you like sushi, you will never be happy with "belt sushi" ever again. From all the fish, wagyu, caviar and mystery ice cream to the teas, Japanese whiskies and hand-crafted cocktails. All of it pure art, I highly recommend!
Probably my favorite dining experience in Seattle, if you like sushi you need to go and treat yourself to this experience. The whole crew were top notch, the food was even better! We were very lucky to have experienced this dining escapade
