Egg tart is very different, no real tart and mostly egg filling. 3 star, average-ish.
Old wife cookie (lo po bang/cake) - is pretty good. 4.5 star out of 5.
Milk coconut bread (Lai Yao bang) is 3.5/4 star out 5. Solid. A little dry on a Tuesday.
Bolobao (pineapple bun) - 5 star. It was a little different, less crusty on top but I like it bc it doesn’t crumble as much. Soft. Solid coconut inside so I like this style.

Sweet Bakery is one of my favorite bakeries in Seattle. They use clean, transparent ingredients with no unnecessary additives or preservatives, and everything tastes fresh. Because their products don't contain preservatives, they naturally won't have the same shelf life as heavily processed baked goods.
