Sweetgreen has a clean, modern atmosphere and is a pleasant place to eat, but the food didn’t live up to the price. The ingredients were fresh, but the bowl lacked flavor and felt underwhelming for what it cost. Service was fine and the staff was friendly enough, but nothing really stood out. I appreciate the healthy options and convenience, but there are better value salad spots in the area. Hopefully they’ll improve the consistency because the concept has a lot of potential.
There are so many comments about the manager of one store and NOT the food! I've visited the store at Hilldale mall... I've had none of these issues! I'll be visiting this store even more because the food is great and healthy! They keep it clean and the staff is very welcoming!
Waited longer than expected to eat a quick salad. Apparently, there's a new general manager who has no idea how to schedule the staff to fulfill the customer's needs. The counter people were awesome and need better management support. It's kind of strange that the salad dressings aren't listed anywhere 🤔
