coming from Houston where Cajun seasoning is on everything. it was great to have some fresh, simply cooked seafood and very good raw oysters. our waitress was a superstar with recommendations.
Taylor Shellfish in Pioneer Square is a must-visit! The Kumamoto oysters are among the best I've ever had; they are sweet, briny, and incredibly fresh. The clam chowder is rich, comforting, and full of flavor. The staff is welcoming, and the atmosphere is lively, especially on game days. If you're in town for a Mariners or Seahawks game, be sure to stop by beforehand for oysters and chowder—you won't be disappointed. This place is truly a gem!
