Great tea , the man working counter is always helpful. Nice, but not overbearing. I always get the hot tea, he brings them out in a pot with a small teacup. I enjoy the strawberry cream tea.

Huge selection of teas and great service! I appreciated that the person at the counter was knowledgable about the teas and offered different options for how to enjoy it. The teapots were a great experience and I loved the ambiance in the shop. I will definitely come back!

Really nice spot for tea, with a huge menu selection. Wonderful atmosphere for working, studying, date, or friend meetup. Consistent and reliable. I wish there were outlets at the tables though.

Tea selection is great. Taste is nice. However the vibe doesn’t match with the tea house concept. The place is full packed, too noisy with undergrads loudly talking about their situationship. On top of that, music selection is mostly loud pop or EDM. Why is it playing Paris by Chainsmokers? I do like the song itself but it doesn’t go well with the tea house concept and makes the place more noisy. I would not come here again unless I desperately, urgently need a place to work in U-District.
