So, so, so close to perfection here.
In my opinion you can only judge a restaurant based on how well it achieves what it set out to do in the first place.
This isn't gourmet eating, it's not trying to be. Teriyaki Bowl is trying to be a classic, affordable teriyaki joint with fast service, cheap food, and generous portions.

Our family’s spot whenever we’re in the area- we love ordering to go and they are very fast. The owners are super nice and friendly. Very accommodating to our vegetarian diet and huge portions! Thank you :)

The rice seems dry the last 5 times I have eaten here.
Seating is limited, and so is parking.
Lunch time takes about 20-25 minutes wait time. The locals call their order in!
They sell the 16.9 oz soda when it should be 20oz.
2 teriyaki chickens cost about $31 bucks, and it's on the smaller portion size.
This is the only teriyaki place within 2 miles from the next spot.
