Staff seems genuinely happy to be there and vibe is energetic while simultaneously chill. Fab mocktail and vegetarian options in addition to their exceptional steaks and broad Japanese whiskey selection. Something for everyone but all done perfectly - fav was the tempura delicata squash.
Absolutely incredible whisky selection, food and service. The staff is extremely knowledgeable regarding any of the food and drink they serve and are always friendly and willing to dive into a conversation about it. The owner is extremely involved and friendly, and pours the whisky flights himself based on personal preferences.

One of the best whiskey selections in the entire northwest sits in the heart of Ballard. The Cut's staff is full sweet whiskey knowledge and can pull together the perfect flight for you just by having you answer a couple questions.
