I finally decided to take a chance and give this place a try. I'm very particular and picky about what real, authentic BBQ is. I have now tried the ribs, rib tips and a couple of the "side" items. I have to say that the ribs and tips are/were surprisingly really good!! The sides were okay too. The Pit-master is a very nice gentleman who seems hard-working at doing the BBQ right. Very happy to have a 'go to' BBQ spot, right here in the CD, and that it is black-owned. Check'em out!

We were looking forward to eating here after reading reviews of the best bbq in Seattle. The food was decent but there's so much room to improve. We guessed they were probably understaffed as we only saw 1 person who was taking orders and also getting the food. The prices on the menu on the screen didn't match what we were charged.
