It is literally life changing to have access to this meal service! I have multiple severe allergies that make it very difficult to find meals that I can eat without making them myself. Using custom plate has made my life so much easier, it tastes good, and I've never had any reactions to their food, which is much more than I can say for many allergy conscious restaurants I've been to. Convenient. Accommodates complex diets. Love that there is no waste with packaging like other food services.
When I was told that I was prediabetic and needed to make changes, I worked with the Holistic Chefs here to completely turn my life around. They provided me with the food I needed to heal my body, provided supplements to support my nutrition and gave support any time I had a question of any kind, even if I was going to a restaurant and wasn't sure what I could eat. Completely turned my A1C around and now I am in the normal ranges again.
