Very convenient for those staying at the hotel. The reason for such a high rating is the staff is wonderful. Everyone is smiling, and welcoming, providing superior customer service. The one making my chai added some extra flavors for me to try and it came out so good. Great place for a quick pick me up, but what sets it apart is the service.
The Market at the Hyatt Regency is ok, it serves its purpose, but it could be better. The coffee is good and the chicken fingers were good (pricey). there isn't anything convenient nearby so this place is good for quick fix. They should have some more seating on that level.
