We were staying nearby and thought we'd grab a nightcap. Rickhouse looked like a really lovely choice. We were not at all disappointed. Rickhouse, on the Hyatt's second floor, is a gorgeous spot on the spacious Hyatt market and restaurant area. Noah, head bartender, is an absolute class-act. Out of all the whiskey bars I've been to in the greater Seattle area, he has created the most relaxing atmosphere to sip whiskey. This bar is nestled behind Daniel's Broilers main bar; separated from the hub-bub of the hotel. I recommended checking this place out to anyone visiting or living in the area Consider myself a regular.
