The food and service were delectable! Thank you Haley M for being very friendly helpful and patient. I highly recommend going for happy hour (which is all the way 3 PM to close on Sundays) and getting the brussels sprouts and s’mores brownie sundae. The victory burger, steak skewers, and raspberry gelato were also all cooked/prepared perfectly and quite good, but I definitely felt like the brussels sprouts and s’mores brownie were unique and above the rest that I tried. The atmosphere was perfectly nice, just nothing special to me. The music choice was very enjoyable and not overly loud (but it was Easter Sunday and the restaurant was not busy at all so this might not always be the case).

Dinner at Victor was OK. Service was mediocre. The waiter did advise us of a 22% service charge upon arrival. The receipt mentions that 100% of the service charge is retained by the company. What does that mean exactly? Are the staff not getting any of this money?

Know before you go: They call themselves a "tip free restaurant" because they always charge you a 22% extra for service. Food is ok, but too overpriced for what it is, and service is bad. Waiter didn't visit our table in over an hour, and the place was empty.

This has become our favorite place to gather with family or friends, before/after theatre events or just for a casual get together. GREAT Happy Hour Menu (4-6) of some of our favorites for very reduced prices: Fries, Calamari, Brussels Sprouts, Chicken Caesar Salad, French Dip Sliders, and, of course, the Victor Burger are just some of our HH favorites at Victor. Nice place but they add in a 22% service fee that the restaurant keeps. Do what you want with that info but I'll never be back.When we first walked in the host made it a point to tell us no tipping allowed. But to sneak in a 22% fee for terrible service and overpriced subpar food is just super tacky. Great way to make a customer feel happy when they get their bill.
