Dinner at Victor was OK. Service was mediocre. The waiter did advise us of a 22% service charge upon arrival. The receipt mentions that 100% of the service charge is retained by the company. What does that mean exactly? Are the staff not getting any of this money?
This has become our favorite place to gather with family or friends, before/after theatre events or just for a casual get together. GREAT Happy Hour Menu (4-6) of some of our favorites for very reduced prices: Fries, Calamari, Brussels Sprouts, Chicken Caesar Salad, French Dip Sliders, and, of course, the Victor Burger are just some of our HH favorites at Victor. Thank you to the attentive and personable waitstaff.

The food and service were delectable! Thank you Haley M for being very friendly helpful and patient. I highly recommend going for happy hour (which is all the way 3 PM to close on Sundays) and getting the brussels sprouts and s’mores brownie sundae. The victory burger, steak skewers, and raspberry gelato were also all cooked/prepared perfectly and quite good, but I definitely felt like the brussels sprouts and s’mores brownie were unique and above the rest that I tried.
