Brunch at Tilikum Place Cafe was such a treat, especially the Dutch babies! The Dutch baby was beautifully golden, light, and fluffy, with delicious flavors and a perfect texture. The cozy atmosphere made the meal feel warm and inviting, while the service was friendly and attentive. A wonderful spot for a delicious brunch and a must-try for Dutch baby fans!
My partner and I shared an incredible omelet and a dutch baby and loved every bite. The service was incredible and the atmosphere was cozy old Seattle. We each had an americano plus a main entree (breakfast) and a dutch baby to share and total was ~$80 after a 20% tip. We hope to visit again.
