My first time in. We flew into Seattle instead of the Vancouver airport so I wanted to stop here. Loved the location and walkability/easy parking, and the atmosphere of this place. We were greeted by a super friendly staff member who apologized for the lack of variety this morning -- we arrived at 10:40 (Friday morning) and he said it had been an unusually busy morning. I still thought there was a great selection; I didn't even realize they were low so I'm just imagining...

Cute little place, lovely spot to sit around in during the early morning hours. Service is always reliably fast and friendly.

Cake doughnuts and other specialty things are sadly sort of mediocre but the yeast doughnuts are on point, the coffee isn't bad and is priced fairly.

Ready for a 5 star review?

I have been to a few Top Pots and the donuts are always a hit due to consistency BUT the beverages are not. This place though, makes the best matcha latte! I am looking at the pic and reminiscing the taste LOL. The service was great especially since l showed up 30 mins before closing and I just hate being that person!

The drive to Seattle sucks but I would do it again.
