As an Alaskan businessman, I highly recommend you try out this place. I had the chance to taste several of their okazu pans, including the chicken pan, the beef pan, the kimchi tofu, and the yakisoba, and every one of them was excellent. The flavors are a nice mixture of American and Japanese influences, with the chicken being well-seasoned and the beef rich and satisfying. The pans themselves have that perfect crispy exterior with a soft, flavorful filling inside.

Fantastic food and exceptional customer service from Mr. Harold and Johnny. I had the pan-seared beef curry and the BBQ chicken—both were absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. I was very impressed with the overall experience. Highly recommend Umami Kushi—you’ll love it!
