Love their coffee! Best I have had in Seattle
The staff is always very nice but i feel like my drinks aren’t always made with much attention to detail. Victrola incorporated seems to enjoy a maximalist menu with variety, but a lot of the times when I order something they have written on multiple signs they are always out of some ingredient. Also I don’t think this location should be serving matcha because I guess management doesn’t know anything about matcha or how to train staff how to make it properly....read full review
I really like Victrola, especially the coffee cake and pastelitos. The coffee is good, also. But currently, there’s a young woman barista who can be very annoying, as she talks and laughs so loud that, it ruins the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. One would think she’s seeking attention. She’s pleasant enough but, for me, it ruins the atmosphere I’m looking for at a coffee shop. She needs to tone it down some. She’s usually there in the afternoon...read full review
