A wonderful uniquely Seattle location, with the monorail humming just outside the windows. The pork dumplings are delightfully tasty.

Small outlet inside the food court. It is not an extensive menu, but they do it well and fast. The lamb soup was very Tasty. But ask for a glass of water as it is really spicy. The only draw back, being a tourist, is that you need to order on their computer screen and the first thing you are asked if for a mobile (Cellular) number, that needs to be from the US. without this information it wouldn't allow me to continue with the order. And the queue starts behind you as you get stuck and can't progress. Thanks for the waiter inside that did the order in seconds. My request would be to add a skip button on this question, or get a staff to take the orders. Also be aware that when they close at 7pm, the Mall security comes and escort everyone out, if you finished your meal or not. Please be prepared to have a take away.

Was very good when they opened, although never as good as the original store. They were out of the cumin lamb noodles when I went. That's all I ever want. I had the tomato and egg noodles. The noodles were soggy.I'll go back to the U district, but this was my last visit at Westlake.

Mall food court restaurant that's not bad. Got the Beef Dry Noodles with Vegetables, and tasted fine. You order through a touchscreen display, so pretty easy to customize your order.

One of my favorite spots. The braised beef dry noodle dish is excellent! The shrimp dumplings are also a hit.

Upon disembarking from the monorail at the Needle Tower, my attention was immediately drawn to the first establishment I encountered: a lamp shop. As a connoisseur of lamps, I possess an unwavering appreciation for all things illuminated, and therefore, I was compelled to explore the offerings within. Opting for a culinary adventure, I made the decision to indulge in the cucumber salad and lamp dumplings. Although the lamp dumplings were lovingly crafted in-house, I found the cucumber salad to be disappointingly inadequate in terms of both its minuscule size and its lack of tanginess. The ambiance of the establishment was decidedly laid-back, while the provision of customer service operated under a self-checkout system.

I ordered a couple items to go, the older man was not wearing gloves and was rubbing his eyes with his bare hands and then touching the inside of my food containers before putting the food in, I told them I wanted a refund but they refused. My order was around $20. This place should be shut down.

First of all, I am a native of Xi'an. If you want to taste the taste of Xi'an, don't come here. Personally, I like the three fresh dumplings, but I think the other dishes in this restaurant are not satisfactory. First of all, the cured pork noodles lacked flavor, mainly because not enough broth was added. In Xi'an, traditional cured meat noodles are based on fried noodles with cured meat and broth added to make the flavor richer. Then, the Roujiamo was sold out and I couldn't taste it. As for the beef rice noodles, the taste was average. The taste reminded me of the food in the high school cafeteria, but that cafeteria was not very delicious. I noticed a lot of reviews mention tipping. Considering that this restaurant uses tablets to order food, customers take their own numbers, and they use disposable tableware, I don’t think it’s necessary to tip.As a native of Xi'an, I would say if you're looking for authentic Xi'an flavors, this place might not be the best choice. Personally, I like the dumplings, but the other dishes at this restaurant seem mediocre. Firstly , the roujiamo was sold out, so I didn't get to try it. As for the beef rice noodles, they were just average and reminded me of the food from my high school cafeteria, which wasn't particularly good. I've noticed many reviews mention the issue of tipping. Given that this restaurant uses tablet ordering with customer number pick-up and disposable utensils, I also feel that tipping is unnecessary.

The lamb with spicy cumin sauce is amazing! I ordered it without broth and I was happy I did. The lamb cumin burger is also delicious!
