Upon disembarking from the monorail at the Needle Tower, my attention was immediately drawn to the first establishment I encountered: a lamp shop. Awesome find! (Second level of Westlake Centre in a small food court.) Delicious lamb biang biang noodles. Great portion size. The lady serving (owner?) had a very kind demeanor as well. Plenty of seating if you prefer to eat there (though it's your standard mall food court atmosphere).

Mall food court restaurant that's not bad. Got the Beef Dry Noodles with Vegetables, and tasted fine. You order through a touchscreen display, so pretty easy to customize your order.
