Had this as my first meal of the trip and it did not disappoint. The noodles were great perfect texture and the sauce was completely on point. Super satisfying start to the vacation!
Ordering is via their self-service kiosk/tablet or at the counter. For the former, you will be asked for your phone number, but foreigners need not worry because you can simply input the store's phone number which is posted at the counter. For the latter, there will be a slight language barrier but the staff are helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the cumin lamb biang noodles!
the spicy cumin lamb biang biang noodles are one of the best meals in the whole world to me and I’ve been eating here for nearly a decade but I’m gonna be real i just got done eating these and I’m sitting in Westlake as I write this and the noodles were honestly overdone and soggy 😢 they kinda just melted in my mouth which is not what I want when I’m eating a giant piece of boiled dough….
