Consistent drinks, and run by nice folks! Some Yifang locations are hit or miss, but IMO this one is great. The mango pomelo sago here is delicious, the sago is always cooked to the ideal texture, with a balanced sweetness level:)
top quality milk teas. Definitely on top3 among 15+ boba places I tried in Seattle/Bellevue
One of my favorite tea places on the ave! As their name states, they specialize in fruit tea. The service is quick with little interaction which great for an introvert like me. The sizes are all great and the place is really affordable with fun board games for guests.
