Yu Shan Chinese Restaurant

I have a student from Beijing living with me, as he goes to school at Seattle University and I provide meals. I have ordered dumplings for him here twice. He is particular, so a good score from him is a sign of excellence. I had a mad craving for some Peking duck and I stumbled upon Yu Shan and honestly?.... It was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. It's served with thin pancakes, cucumbers, green onions, and hoisin sauce. I had it delivered and the restaurant worker was very friendly.Thank you thank you for the amazing meal. I will definitely order from here again! Happy to support this business during these crazy times.

Really good Chinese food with generous portions. Service was fast and friendly. The pot stickers were my favorite, large with a perfectly cooked crispy but soft dough... they seemed home made. The fried rice had excellent flavor and texture. Definitely going back!
