A wonderful cultural experience every time I visit … this is the real deal. They’re reopening this Eid with a new name “SABAH RESTAURANT” but it’s the same ownership and same great menu.
Yusra & Sabah Restaurant is a must-try for incredible East African flavors! The goat meat with spiced rice (bariis) and tender suqaar are perfectly seasoned and melt-in-your-mouth delicious, paired with fluffy sabaayad flatbread and that fiery green sauce. Don’t miss the aromatic spiced tea (shah)—it’s the perfect finish. Everything halal, fresh, generous portions, and super welcoming vibe. Best Somali spot around; already planning my next visit!
