Personally I have been to my fair share of cafes, so the coffee here isn’t mind blowing, the coffee is alright. However, the atmosphere is amazing. I love sitting to work or people watch, regardless of the coffee (which is affordable). The music also isn’t too loud that it becomes distracting
great atmosphere, staff, coffee, but the matcha is unfortunately not at all good 😓 I understand as a business the desire to sell matcha since it’s popularity has grown in recent years and you can meet the wants of your customer base, but if you’re dedication to coffee isn’t matched in dedication to tea, or specifically matcha, then you’re better off not selling it at all.

I went here 3-5 times a week for several years to work when I lived in Wallingford. Coffee is amazing, well-balanced, and just delicious. It helped me maintain my sanity during an awful postdoc. The cozy space is great for working or chatting with a friend and has a variety of seating, large/stained glass windows, outlets, and relax vibes. Staff are friendly and chill.
