“Such a great place to eat in Sedro! There is literally 4 or 5 Mexican restaurants in sedro all within .5- 1 mile of eachother, and this place is definitely the top contender!!! Their Pico De Gallo is always amazing, and I actually tried the Durango meal tonight ($27.00), it had a creamy Chipotle / little Spicy Adobo sauce on the Steak, shrimp, Grilled Chicken and then the AMAZING Bacon wrapped Large Prawns. 🍤 🍤 🍤 🍤 🍤 YUMMMM 🤤 such an amazing meal, and I took a large to-go-box home, the entire meal was probably worth 3 meals in one. Haha. That’s less than $9.00 per meal/serving!!! Highly recommend stopping by if you are ever in our small town of Sedro Woolley. It’s right off the main HWY 20, on the right side a block before the 4 way stop light at the AMPM gas station. 🙌 🙌 👏“

“I have lived around the area for a while, hopefully not to much longer but hal's drive in has always been a reliable business. I find that the food is 5 star because im getting what im expecting. If they are swamped with orders and they forget to take somthing off or give me something wrong they are always willing to fix it. The staff are some of the more genuine people you will find arond but also kind. Dont forget to get a shake though.“

He was patient, knowledgeable, and super helpful with the menu. My wife got the Quesabirria Torta—slow-cooked beef in a rich adobo sauce, layered with jack cheese, mayo, cilantro, and onion on a roll that was just right. It came with birria consommé for dipping, sweet potato fries, and a Peachie Peach cocktail. She loved every bite. I went with the Smoked Pastrami Reuben, and wow—everything was on point. The in-house smoked pastrami was moist and flavorful, the sauerkraut and Swiss were balanced, and the toasted rye bread gave it the perfect texture. It came with sweet potato fries and a creamy horseradish sauce that really brought it all together. We left full and happy. This blows it out of the water in the valley. Wow 😱 first the hospitality was amazing 🙂 super inviting even gave us some free corn bread for being first time customers. I got the cowboy beans and they are to die for 🤤 such a great flavor of beans. The pulled pork sandwich was presented perfect I loved that they don't build your sandwhich for you so your bun doesn't get soggy on the way home. The pulled pork was moist and the sauce was full with flavor. Thank you again for the hospitality and the delicious food i definitely recommend this bbq place in the valley!“

“Here in Skagit County we have many excellent options for authentic Mexican truck meals. Located on an arterial in a residential area. The truck is rarely here, but when it is, you absolutely should stop in for their handmade tortillas and stewed sauces.
The barbacoa taco plate is a truly unforgettable meal. I was too busy indulging my senses to take a photo.
Friendly people, with Pepper plants and herbs growing beside the sidewalk and picnic table for atmosphere. Indoor dining hut for cold weather.

Parking: Limited parking onsite up the driveway. Once you get in, getting out is hard.
Street Parking around the corner is easier.

Wheelchair accessibility: The driveway to the taco truck and (one side of) the picnic table is a little steep and bumpy for wheelchair accessibility, but no stairs. There is no rail beside the driveway ramp.

Ordered the steak, with a side, and cup of soup.
I was very happy with the clam chowder, it was flavorful and had lots of clams.
The steak was ordered medium/rare, and it came perfectly cooked. The baked potato was still hot and came with all the fixings.

“It was solid! Service was nice, food was out quick ( we got two entrees, it we left roughly 10 minutes after we ordered), and it was pretty tasty! I got the shrimp and pork combo meal, and it was a lot of food for how much I paid. The only gripe I've got is that the shrimp was a little bland and a little overcooked. Other than that, the rest of the meal was very yummy! Would definitely recommend!“

“Always fresh and delicious food, my family and I have been coming here for years and it always delivers. The ambiance is not amazing but honestly who cares at a buffet. They have a little bit of everything, they have a Mongolian grill type thing, desserts, seafood, sushi, fried food, dim sum, fruit/salad bar, and of course traditional dishes you’d find at any Chinese restaurant. Definitely recommend this place, it’s on my opinion the best buffet in towns.

Kid-friendliness: I wouldn’t let my small kids under about 10 go up to the buffet by themselves to serve themselves but it is a kid friendly place.“
