From the moment we rolled in as a spontaneous large motorcycle group, we were met with true Southern hospitality. The owners were incredibly accommodating, welcoming us with open arms despite our unannounced arrival — and even took the time to personally thank us for choosing their spot out of all the options along our ride. The atmosphere here is fantastic — relaxed, unique, and full of personality. One standout feature is their condiment bar, which lets you customize your BBQ experience with a variety of mouthwatering sauces and toppings. And yes, the complimentary peanuts? Feel free to chuck the shells right on the floor — it adds to the laid-back, rustic charm. As for the food, it absolutely delivers. Whether you’re gluten-free or just love BBQ, there’s something for everyone. If you’re like me and can’t decide what to order, go for the 2-, 3-, or 4-meat combo — perfect for trying a bit of everything, but come hungry or be ready to share! The brisket and ribs were standout favorites. Don’t skip the sides either — the fried okra was crispy and flavorful, and the smoked mac & cheese is comfort food at its finest. “Such a great place to eat in Sedro! There is literally 4 or 5 Mexican restaurants in sedro all within .5- 1 mile of eachother, and this place is definitely the top contender!!! Their Pico De Gallo is always amazing, and I actually tried the Durango meal tonight ($27.00), it had a creamy Chipotle / little Spicy Adobo sauce on the Steak, shrimp, Grilled Chicken and then the AMAZING Bacon wrapped Large Prawns. 🍤 🍤 🍤 🍤 🍤 YUMMMM 🤤 such an amazing meal, and I took a large to-go-box home, the entire meal was probably worth 3 meals in one. Haha. That’s less than $9.00 per meal/serving!!! Highly recommend stopping by if you are ever in our small town of Sedro Woolley. It’s right off the main HWY 20, on the right side a block before the 4 way stop light at the AMPM gas station. 🙌 🙌 👏“

“I have lived around the area for a while, hopefully not to much longer but hal's drive in has always been a reliable business. I find that the food is 5 star because im getting what im expecting. If they are swamped with orders and they forget to take somthing off or give me something wrong they are always willing to fix it. The staff are some of the more genuine people you will find arond but also kind. Dont forget to get a shake though.“
