“Have always loved Pasek Cellars. Used to live in the area, now visit when we are in the area. Their flagship wine (Cranberry) is an absolute must for Turkey dinners (Thanksgiving or Christmas) the other fruit wines are unusual, but delicious. Their Cabernet is delicious, Syrrah is different, as a bit sweeter, very fruit forward. Their Chardonnay was a very pleasant surprise, steel cask aging, slighty high residual sugar. Muscat Canelli was an absolute joy.Pasek is famous for their fruit wines, but they are no slouches with their grape varietals. If you like desert wines, or port, they offer very affordable, delicious options!“
