I'm upset at this time with the 3 employees that worked there it was a 6 pm shift. 1st day, one worker,so closed. I understand that. 2nd time, same time at night, 3 workers... sign on the door, closed for lunch... OMG... they lost 5 customers that night. I contacted the main office...never heard from them. The hours really need updating. Don't count on being able to order when you want. It says they close at 9pm, but at 7:30 on a Thursday I can't place an online order and they don't answer the phone at the store. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I have had this experience with not being able to online order from them before and have also gone inside 40 minutes before closing and they have put everything away and turned me away. Poor service, good food. I brought in a gift card to buy a sandwich and they started by saying they couldn’t take gift cards here, then when I went to pay, they couldn’t take my debit card, and I had to pay half of the price in what little cash I had, then they gave the rest to me for free because I simply couldn’t pay. Irritating, but still tastes good.
